About This Project

Summary

YouTube partnered with The Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH), Child’s Mind Institute (CMI) and The American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) – on a new search tool serving uplifting videos that act as tools for youth in moments of crisis. A—B worked with Anchor Media and doctors and psychiatrists from each organization on this series of illustrated videos about Grounding and Self-Compassion. Our work included character design, illustration, animation, motion design and sound design.

Goals & Objectives

With young people across the world dealing with an unprecedented mental health crisis, these evocative, uplifting videos are accessible tools that will make healing and learning accessible and easy to digest for young people around the world.

Results & Impact

These videos have been translated into 22 different languages, and the client absolutely loved them. They will be rolled out across the year in YouTube’s biggest and most important markets around the world Summer and Fall 2024.
