Summary

Here in the US, we only have 25% of the doctors we need to properly care for our population. Without innovation and massive disruption in healthcare, we simply cannot properly care for everyone. That’s where ScopeAI comes in. ScopeAI is transforming how our doctors care for patients, taking the complex medical triage tasks off their plate, creating a new clinical workflow that lets them treat multiple patients at once, and delivering high-quality, personalized care at massive scale.

Goals & Objectives

We set out to leverage AI and our own medical network (240+ providers, 100 clinics and half a million patients) to reinvent the clinic experience for providers and patients. This needed to be a highly human experience, but one capable of scaling to address the massive supply shortage in doctors.

Results & Impact

ScopeAI is currently live in our cardiology, endocrinology and primary care clinics and we are already seeing 2x capacity per day for our providers and highly positive feedback from patients (NPS 90+). As we expand ScopeAI across our medical network, we expect capacity to expand by 3-4x.
