Amanda’s Adaptive Martial Arts is dedicated to providing inclusive martial arts education for children and adults with special needs, focusing on autism and sensory sensitivities. As the country’s first Certified Autism Center in martial arts, we empower individuals through specialized training, fostering confidence, discipline, and community. Our strategy involves expanding programs, enhancing accessibility, and training instructors to create a supportive, inclusive environment for all.

Goals & Objectives

Our objective was to provide high-quality martial arts education tailored to children and adults with special needs, promoting inclusivity and empowerment. We aimed to expand our reach, enhance program accessibility, and train instructors to ensure a supportive environment for all participants.

Results & Impact

We served 979 participants, providing them with tailored martial arts education that enhanced confidence, discipline, and life skills. As San Diego’s adaptive martial arts hub, we increased program accessibility, expanded partnerships, and trained instructors, fostering a more inclusive community.
