Summary

Many survivors never seek help out of fear they won’t be believed. Beyond Believed is a trauma-informed AI healing companion that listens without judgment, supports legal literacy, and connects users to vetted therapists, lawyers, and crisis resources, all without making them repeat their story. By bridging the gap between care seekers and care providers, we eliminate endless searching and bring humanity, trust, and access back into the process of healing.

Goals & Objectives

To build an AI companion grounded in trauma frameworks, offering emotional validation, legal literacy, and referral access. The platform aims to lower shame and uncertainty, provide around-the-clock support, and guide users toward qualified human help when needed.

Results & Impact

Beyond Believed was created to fill a gap in care. Millions search for support each year, only to face retraumatizing search results or outdated links. The platform has received multiple awards and has been featured in Business Insider, Puget Sound Business Journal, and more.
