About This Project

Summary

Chamber of Mothers is a nonpartisan 501(c)(3) uniting mothers as advocates to create a better America by rallying their followers around cornerstone issues all mothers can agree on: paid leave, affordable childcare, and maternal health. Through grassroots movements, local chapters, and community-building, Chamber of Mothers drives change through strengthening each mother’s voice and advocacy efforts in their own communities to advance maternal rights on the state and local levels.

Goals & Objectives

COM is the only group giving actionable tools to mobilize mothers on the ground and carrying it all the way through to the top. Dedicated to empowering American mothers with knowledge and resources, the goals of each chapter is to create a Community Action Plan using a consensus based process.

Results & Impact

Chamber of Mothers reaches 4 to 20 million mothers, with 100,000 members, 30 active chapters in 30 states, and a virtual interstate military chapter. Chamber of Mothers reached over 52 million people by launching a new civic Holiday ‘Register a Mom to Vote Day’ where over 600 moms were registered.
