About This Project

Summary

CROP is transforming reentry through a justice-impacted-led model that combines housing, personal leadership development, and career pipelines. Our strategy centers lived experience to dismantle cycles of incarceration, reduce recidivism, and create pathways to healing and economic mobility. By building systems rooted in equity, purpose, and restoration, CROP is redefining what’s possible after prison—for individuals, families, and entire communities.

Goals & Objectives

Our goals: reduce recidivism, increase economic mobility, and shift public perception by creating a reentry model led by justice-impacted individuals. We aimed to serve 1,000+ people with housing, leadership training, and career access while advancing policy and narrative change.

Results & Impact

CROP has served over 200 participants with a 0% recidivism rate, saving the state over $20M. Graduates secure livable-wage jobs within 90 days and become leaders in their communities. Our model is influencing statewide policy and setting a national standard for reentry.
