About This Project

Summary

The /dev/color Executive Accelerator is a six-month program designed to combat systemic career barriers for Black professionals in tech. Through a blend of virtual sessions, in-person retreats, 1:1 executive coaching, and peer mentorship, the program provides rising Black leaders with the tools and network to advance to executive and board-level roles. This ensures the tech industry is a true reflection of the diversity and brilliance it requires to thrive in the future.

Goals & Objectives

To equip a cohort of rising Black leaders with the skills, values, and network needed to accelerate their career progression. Our goals included increasing their self-awareness, leadership confidence, and professional networks to enable them to achieve executive-level and board roles.

Results & Impact

The program achieved a 100% success rate with participants reporting progress toward their career priorities and gaining clarity on goals. All participants built a stronger network of executive-level contacts, positioning them for growth and significant career advancement within the tech industry.
