The Great Elephant Migration

About This Project

Summary

The Great Elephant Migration is the fundraising adventure of 100 life-size elephants and their 5,000 mile journey across the United States to inspire and enable human-wildlife coexistence. Each a replica of a real elephant known to, and created by, Indigenous communities in India's Nilgiri Hills, the elephants share their story of living alongside people in the densest overlap on the planet. The funds raised from the sale of the sculptures is supporting 21 coexistence projects around the world.
