About This Project

Summary

The EC Collective is the first affordable, cross-industry membership community designed for BIWOC professionals facing unique workplace challenges. At $21/month, members access a private virtual community, live masterclasses, peer accountability partnerships, and expert-led sessions. This judgment-free space enables authentic connection and career growth among true peers who understand navigating bias, imposter syndrome, and work-life balance in environments where they are often "the only."

Goals & Objectives

To create an accessible, supportive community where BIWOC can: 1) build confidence and overcome imposter syndrome; 2) develop crucial career skills; 3) find accountability partners and mentors who share similar experiences; 4) advance their careers while maintaining their authentic sense of self.

Results & Impact
