Summary

Rollins launched an ambitious strategic plan September 12, 2023, in response to the school’s new leadership, growing needs, and evolving challenges in public health. The new strategic plan will set the course for the school for the next five years. Goal focus areas include: research; education; practice and partnerships; our people; diversity, equity, and inclusion; and communications.

Goals & Objectives

Articulating our school's focus for the future, creating internal alignment and stronger communication around areas of emphasis, sharing priority areas with donors and prospective students, faculty, and staff.

Results & Impact

Materials accompanying the strategic plan's launch include a microsite dedicated to the plan, a printed version of the plan, an executive summary document, and stories in Rollins magazine.
