Summary

The creative idea behind Career Dreamer was to reimagine career exploration in the AI era. We asked ourselves how we might leverage AI’s ability to generate custom paths tailored to your strengths and interest, while also mitigating hallucination by grounding the experience in real labor market data. This tests a new paradigm for discovery that balances AI’s ability to interpret your information and connect it back to the world’s information.

Goals & Objectives

We built Career Dreamer in response to the growing complexity of navigating modern career journeys. Users frequently struggle to identify transferable skills, articulate their value, or confidently approach career transitions. Career Dreamer uses AI to provide insights in these areas.

Results & Impact

Career Dreamer launched in Feb 2025 after testing with hundreds of users. It drew praise from chief human resource officers and top schools, with 25+ organizations requesting custom builds. In weeks, it helped hundreds of thousands reframe careers and sparked 100+ press stories and social posts.
