Summary

Mentra connects neurodiverse individuals with meaningful employment. In just seven weeks, we created a hero video and four shorter videos, telling Mentra's story through its neurodiverse co-founders. Using vibrant visuals and interactive web design, we celebrated neurodiversity and highlighted Mentra's innovative use of technology. This project underscores Mentra's mission to empower neurodiverse individuals and demonstrates the impactful role of technology in creating opportunities.

Goals & Objectives

Microsoft Unlocked aimed to highlight Mentra’s mission to transform neurodiverse employment through AI. The project showcased Mentra’s platform, founded by Jhillika Kumar and Connor Reinhardt, emphasizing inclusivity, diversity, and equity by matching neurodiverse talent with meaningful careers.

Results & Impact

Featured on Unlocked, our story reached 3.9M YouTube views, sparking vital talks on neurodiversity. Quantitative research confirms the video content positively impacted perceptions, advancing Mentra’s mission of neuro inclusivity and aligning with Microsoft’s goal to empower people to achieve more.
