About This Project

Summary

Many of the greatest challenges facing humanity require a deep engagement with science. But inequitable access to high-quality science education excludes much of the world’s population from meaningfully engaging with these problems. At LabXchange, we aim to change that. To address these challenges, we have created a collaborative ecosystem grounded in a powerful online education platform that enables and empowers everyone, everywhere to teach, learn, and mentor the next generation of scientists.

Goals & Objectives

At LabXchange, we strive to give educators the best tools to teach and students the best tools to learn. Our goals include cultivating educator advocates, contributing to educational equity, and helping all young people everywhere chart futures in science with free, interactive learning resources.

Results & Impact

To date, LabXchange has had 58M global visitors (81% in low income countries), who have engaged with 31,900+ free learning resources from 200+ sources in 32 languages. By both creating and curating high-quality, interactive content, our collaborative library has a value equivalent to $80M.
