Summary

Developed the strategy, positioning, and GTM plan for Gitcoin Grants, the decentralized funding protocol recognized as the top platform for supporting public goods on Ethereum. The strategy centered on clearly articulating the power of the Quadratic Funding model via to those outside of the web3/tech sector with a new website, making community-driven funding accessible and scalable for Responsible Technology causes globally.

Goals & Objectives

Scale the adoption of the innovative Quadratic Funding mechanism and significantly increase the total capital flowing to web3 public goods. The GTM strategy aimed to onboard a diverse global community of funders and developers committed to building decentralized, responsible technology.

Results & Impact

This strategic repositioning continues to cement Gitcoin's status as the leading decentralized funding protocol on the Ethereum network, permanently shifting the financial landscape toward community-driven support. Since Gitcoin’s launch over $67 million has been distributed to thousands of projects
