Powered by an up-to-date scientific database, it enables scalable and accessible hands-on training anytime, anywhere.

Goals & Objectives

The solution's objectives: democratize expert-led intubation training for global leader Medtronic by replacing one-on-one mentorship with on-demand, AI-powered XR simulations that adapt in real-time, reducing procedural errors, boosting trainee confidence, standardizing high-stakes skill mastery.

Results & Impact

Following the British Journal of Anaesthesia, 400+ participants confirmed that simulation is an effective training tool, with 65% of clinicians willing to adopt it. The University Hospital of Lausanne will integrate the AI Agent into its anesthesiology residency to train thousands.
