The Lean In Women in the Workplace Study reveals that only one in four C-suite executives is a woman, and only one in twenty is a woman of color, representing less than 5 percent of U.S. executives. Marnie Maton’s, Vote for You: Take Your Seat at the Table, shares her journey to becoming a Chief Marketing Officer and breaking through the glass ceiling. Marnie offers practical advice to navigate corporate America as DEI programs are being dismantled to help women keep their seats at the table.
