The 2023–24 Brown and Gold Annual Report highlights Milton Hershey School’s theme: Breakthrough. Inspired by a keyhole sculpture symbolizing unlocked potential, the theme emphasized the founders’ mission to provide life-changing, cost-free opportunities for lower-income children. In 2023–24, the MHS community broke through barriers and embraced personal growth through hard work, effort, and strong habits.

The Brown and Gold report highlighted the 2023–24 theme, Breakthrough, and showcased MHS’s mission to provide life-changing, cost-free opportunities for lower-income children. It shared key achievements, data, and strategic goals with stakeholders.

Results & Impact

The 2023–24 annual report reached nearly 5,000 via email, 60,000 on social media, and 8,000 by mail, with 1,395 unique web views. It effectively shared MHS’s impact through data, stories, and emotion, highlighting its difference in students’ and families’ lives.
