It helps LGBTQ+ individuals find safe, high-quality care through a searchable affirming provider network, offering wraparound services such as provider education, care navigation, and support groups. OutCare partners with major national healthcare organizations to maximize exposure. The strategy involves direct engagement with providers to ensure quality and close gaps in care.

Goals & Objectives

The goal of the OutList is to increase access to affirming care providers and resources. By partnering with influential healthcare organizations, the aim is to reach as many LGBTQ+ patients at all care touchpoints. The ultimate objective is to improve health outcomes and trust in the health system.

Results & Impact

The OutList features 5,000+ affirming providers and receives 70,000+ provider views monthly. LGBTQ+ affirming network search filters significantly boost engagement. When such filters are present, patients are 3x more likely to view provider profiles and 20% more likely to view additional profiles.
