For the first time, we: Combined our Impact and ID&E reports into a single, streamlined FY24 Impact Report that is 60% shorter than last year’s reports and furnishes 86 contextualized ESG KPIs, along with related management discussion, for investors Launched the new PagerDuty Impact Hub, which offers easily accessible, continuously updated narrative content (partner stories, etc.) on Social Impact, Sustainability, and ID&E programs for customers, software partners, funding partners, and employee

Goals & Objectives

Streamline reporting for investors and ESG rankers/raters to obtain relevant data Provide easier navigation for customers, partners, and employees to understand impact programs that they care about on a more regular basis Reduce the reporting burden for the Global Impact and ID&E teams

Results & Impact

Our streamlined report received positive feedback from executives and investors. Web analytics show improved navigation and a 63% increase in pageviews YoY. The Impact Reporting team used the Novisto ESG platform and efficient processes to manage 74 contributors' inputs in 50% less time.
