Summary

PBS NATURE Digital is the award-winning online companion to the legacy broadcast series and is spearheading NATURE’s distribution to new media platforms. We've spread our message of hope, joy, respect and sustainability for the natural world across all relevant social and video platforms, encouraging audiences everywhere to join our mission and learn everything there is to know about nature's wild life and wild places.

Goals & Objectives

Our digital content strategy echoes PBS Nature's mission: to act as a voice for the natural world. Our original digital series, podcasts, factual and soothing natural videos and more aim to reach a younger and more diverse audience for PBS and those who care about the natural world.

Results & Impact

We've garnered an audience of millions (who differ from our traditional broadcast viewers in age, gender, ethnicity, etc.) prove that our strategy and mission are working. We've transformed viewers into members and increased the reach of PBS Nature audience by the hundreds of thousands.
