CWE is a national event that connects leading companies, changemakers, top executives, media, influencers, creators, and entrepreneurs on a mission for a more inclusive future. It showcases impactful programs and initiatives driving change across Canada. Merging brands and professionals, CWE honours companies for their Canadian programs, campaigns, and CSR initiatives. A panel of Google judges selects winners based on their commitment to gender equality and societal contributions.
