Summary

Wilted and Worthy is a pro-bono book project by SPARK Publications, written by Fabi W Preslar created to raise funds for Radiant Chapters Collective™, a nonprofit that publishes books by underrepresented voices. This intimate coffee-table book pairs lyrical essays with soulful nature photography exploring aging, grief, and resilience. The strategy: create a powerful, healing and inspirational book whose proceeds directly fund future books written by deserving, under-served entrepreneurs.

Goals & Objectives

The goal was to transform personal experiences of grief, aging, and resilience into a beautiful book that could raise awareness and funding for Radiant Chapters Collective. The objective: inspire healing and hope through essays and photography and fully donate proceeds to amplify under-served voices

Results & Impact

During its soft-launch fundraiser for Radiant Chapters Collective’s next publishing campaign, along with donations, Wilted and Worthy raised $17,000 from individual donors. The initiative now seeks submissions from under-served entrepreneurs with impactful stories. Fundraising efforts continue.
