About This Project
Summary
Dr Daniela Ligiero is the Founder of the Brave Movement. A survivor of childhood sexual violence herself, she has devoted her career to ensuring all children and adolescents are safe, protected and thriving. In just 2 years, her vision for a survivor-led global movement with 14 other survivor leaders has garnered international support and broken new ground in calling on governments and tech companies to end childhood sexual violence through policy changes such as ending statutes of limitations.
Goals & Objectives
Build a global survivor-led movement to end childhood sexual violence. Influence policymakers and tech companies to adopt measures and policies to protect children from sexual violence online and offline and end statutes of limitations. Center the voices and experiences of survivor leaders worldwide
