Summary

Millions of women suffer from vaginal health issues related to disturbances in the vaginal microbiome, yet traditional solutions often exacerbate imbalances. Seed developed VS-01™—the first clinically validated vaginal probiotic suppository designed to rapidly restore an optimal VMB, sustain a regulated vaginal pH, and demonstrate safety for ongoing use. VS-01™ offers a sustainable approach that addresses the source, not just the symptoms—an antidote to the legacy of harsh, temporary solutions.

Goals & Objectives

VS-01™’s two-part system is designed to maximize efficacy with minimal day-to-day impact: Reset: An intensive first-month protocol to rapidly establish an optimal VMB. Sustain: A continuation phase designed to maintain a stable VMB and regulate vaginal pH over time.

Results & Impact

In a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled clinical trial, VS-01™ converted 90% of participants to an optimal VMB in 21 days vs. a leading oral probiotic for vaginal health + placebo, with 100% maintaining regulated pH. Results were presented at IDSOG, a top gynecological conference.
