Summary

Watsi’s 2023 Impact Report is an interactive experience engaging donors, patients, and partners through powerful storytelling. Building on 2021’s blend of stats and stories, and 2022’s focus on amplifying community voices, this year features videos from frontline health workers and financial transparency. It humanizes our mission to make healthcare accessible by amplifying voices often left out, creating a multi-faceted narrative that connects readers to our cause and collective impact.

Goals & Objectives

Our goal was to create a report that goes beyond static data to fully engage users with the real-world impact of their support. By blending videos, interactive elements, and transparent financials, we aimed to build trust and deepen connections with our audience.

Results & Impact

Our 2023 Impact Report had some of our highest email open rates—48% for monthly supporters and 28% for individual donors, well above benchmarks. Grace Garey, Watsi co-founder, called it 'fantastic and energizing,' praising the stories, data, and media that built trust and transparency.
