Summary

WSL PURE is a 501(c) non-profit that funds ocean protection around the world through grants for nonprofits focused on WSL priorities of protecting our coasts, addressing the impacts of climate change, and reducing marine plastic pollution. These grants are made possible through the support of WSL One Ocean's global and regional partners.

Goals & Objectives

WSL One Ocean is a global initiative aimed at inspiring the surf community to protect and conserve our one ocean to preserve the future of our sport.

Results & Impact

480,625 planted trees since 2018 from carbon emissions offset, 110,720 corals planted in by the end of 2024 with Coral Gardeners and Mamanuca Society, 53,720 hectares of land restored, 23.3 tons of trash removed from beaches and rivers, 4,084 native plants restored, 4,536 volunteers worldwide
