Summary
Teens4LA represents a breakthrough in youth-led crisis response, combining blockchain innovation with community impact. Our campaign launched on a blockchain-enabled platform, accepting fiat & 130 cryptocurrencies. Our ART4LA collection pioneered Proof of Donation NFTs; permanent donation records w/blockchain-verified charitable giving. Integration of disaster relief w/Web3 tech demonstrates blockchain's potential for transparent, immediate crisis response & engages crypto-native global donors.
Goals & Objectives
Demonstrate blockchain's potential for transparent charitable giving, create rapid & replicable global crisis response model, raise/deploy funds for immediate relief + longer-term wellness resources, engage crypto community for social impact, provide permanent donation verification through NFT tech.
Results & Impact
Raised $50,698 to date for disaster relief; ~1.84 ETH in ART4LA NFTs sold to date; mobilized crypto donors w/~50% of funds raised in crypto/digital assets; created immutable on-chain donation records; established youth-led global crisis response model proving Web3 viability for disaster relief.
