Summary
Dr. Fallon Wilson is a visionary nonprofit leader, scholar-activist, and public interest technologist advancing racial justice through responsible technology. As Co-Founder of #BlackTechFutures Research Institute, she builds national Black tech ecosystems, trains HBCU faculty in AI ethics, and uplifts communities through digital equity campaigns. Her strategy is rooted in moral imagination, systems change, and Black joy as resistance.
Goals & Objectives
Dr. Wilson’s goal is to ensure that Black communities are not just included in tech but are positioned as co-creators of equitable digital futures. She builds institutions, curricula, and policy tools that challenge algorithmic harm, disrupt systemic inequities, and imagine a just AI society.
Results & Impact
Dr. Wilson leads with a bold vision at the nexus of tech and justice. She built the Black Tech Index, launched HEART Engine (an AI PIT tool), trained HBCUs, mobilized 500+ churches, and earned global acclaim—all while centering Black voices and joy.
