About This Project
Summary
What happens when DEI narratives prioritize community partnership over saviorship? Introducing The Schoolys, a platform from Harlem-based creative agency Elite Media that set to reverse the decline in staff retention at a local public school by creating a very public show of gratitude with a $150,000 grant, delivered by Gayle King. Kicking off a multi-year plan to adopt and enrich the school’s curriculum, space, staff and students. No saviors, just real community partners in action.
