About This Project

Summary

When global technology brand Logitech noticed significantly less women using their professional products, they set out to understand the reason behind it. It led to Women Who Master, a company-wide commitment to advancing gender equity in STEM. As part of the initiative, Logitech produced the documentary “The Human Component," which shows that having role models is crucial for envisioning your future. Because if you can see it, you can be it.

Goals & Objectives

Logitech’s Women Who Master and accompanying film launched with the goal of igniting a movement to eliminate unequal access in tech fields and establish the brand as an advocate of gender equality.

Results & Impact

Through partnerships with nonprofits in the US, Kenya, Switzerland, China and India, Logitech’s Women Who Master is helping girls have equal access to STEM education. By putting its products in the hands of young girls, they are creating brand affinity and training a pipeline of brand loyalists.
