Summary
XP Music Futures 2024, organized by the MDLBEAST Foundation, is a NPO pioneering music conference and cultural accelerator aimed at building a sustainable and inclusive music ecosystem in the MENA region. The strategy combined talent development, cross-border collaboration, policy advancement, and innovation through a multi-day program of panels, workshops, showcases, and initiatives, fostering long-term impact across the creative and music industries.
Goals & Objectives
To strengthen the regional music infrastructure, create open platforms for creative exchange, and enable a more sustainable, equitable future for the MENA music industry—especially by empowering women and emerging talent while advancing music policy, innovation, and cultural connectivity.
Results & Impact
XP 2024 hosted 15,000+ attendees, 200+ speakers, and 150+ artists across 400+ sessions. The event featured global partnerships, inclusive initiatives like HUNNA and Storm Shaker, and platforms like Demo Labs and Sound Futures, cementing XP as a catalyst for regional music industry growth.
