About This Project
Summary
"Incidir para existir: Juventudes que Transforman" is a civic innovation project that empowers youth in Colombia to influence public policy through advocacy, digital tools, and collective action. Led by and for young people, it combines leadership training, civic agenda co-creation, and a dynamic platform to amplify youth proposals and foster long-term democratic engagement.
Goals & Objectives
Empower youth to co-create civic agendas, advocate for public policy changes, and strengthen democratic participation through leadership development, digital tools, and community-based campaigns in Bogotá and Cali.
Results & Impact
Secured the inclusion of youth demands in Bogotá (11%) and Cali (38%) development plans. Co-created civic agendas and a digital platform. Enabled structured policy monitoring with local governments and youth participation in institutional oversight until 2027.
