About This Project
Summary
Project 4ß is a pro bono initiative by Oxylabs, a leading web intelligence platform, created to support those working for the public good. It provides researchers, journalists, and organizations – including NGOs, nonprofits, and mission-driven institutions – with free access to Oxylabs’ tools and expertise. By removing technical and financial barriers, it enables scalable public web data collection to power research, investigative journalism, and public interest impact.
Goals & Objectives
Through Project 4ß, our goal is to empower researchers and organizations working towards the public good with advanced web data tools, while raising awareness about the crucial role web intelligence plays in addressing major global challenges – from misinformation to climate and social impact.
Results & Impact
Project 4ß has supported 50+ partners, including The Pulitzer Center, Bellingcat, Global Witness, ICIJ, Debunk.org, and researchers from leading universities like Stanford, Princeton, and Edinburgh, removing public web data collection barriers to drive real-world impact across public-good missions.
