About This Project

Summary

PagerDuty’s Impact Accelerator program empowers mission-driven organizations like Crisis Text Line, Nexleaf Analytics and NAMI with access to PagerDuty’s Operations Cloud, technical volunteers and funding. By improving incident response, operational resilience and AI readiness, these organizations are strengthening mental health services and healthcare infrastructure, enabling more reliable support during emergencies and improving outcomes across the communities they serve.

Goals & Objectives

The goal was to help Crisis Text Line, Nexleaf Analytics and NAMI scale critical services, improve response times and strengthen operations during crises. Through PagerDuty’s platform and pro bono expertise, each organization can respond more quickly and efficiently when their communities need them

Results & Impact

CrisisText Line has supported over 15M globally with PagerDuty helping ensure platform reliability. Nexleaf uses real-time alerts to prevent power loss in hospitals and reduce generator costs. NAMI strengthened its infrastructure to better support community mental health during crises.
