Summary
The Center for Rural Outreach and Public Services, Inc. (CROPS) worked with the Blackfeet Tribe to conduct an innovative strategic planning retreat that resulted in the 2026 Blackfeet Comprehensive Economic Development Strategis Plan. The plan includes stunning images and graphical recordings from the retreat.
Goals & Objectives
The Comprehensive Economic Development Strategies Plan is a requirement of cities, counties, regions, states, and tribal communities for the purpose of regional planning by the US Department of Commerce, Economic Development Administration.
Results & Impact
CROPS produces the "gold standard" for CEDS Plans for Native American Tribes according to federal leaders from the Bureau of Indian Affairs and other federal agencies.
