About This Project
Summary
Indigenous youth in remote, isolated communities across Canada face barriers to education and wellbeing. Connected North uses technology to deliver customized, live and interactive virtual learning for over 40,000 Kindergarten–Grade 12 students in the North, offering culturally relevant experiences that inspire, support achievement, and build connection. The program opens doors to opportunity—helping youth thrive, learn, and feel seen, no matter their location.
Goals & Objectives
Each online experience unlocks opportunities for students to learn new skills, deepen cultural knowledge and feel inspired by Indigenous role models they can relate to. We believe every student deserves access to engaging learning enrichment experiences, where they can imagine future possibilities.
