About This Project
Summary
Rare Connections in NMOSD brings together three patients – Craig, Alex and Marie – to share their stories through the exchange of personal letters. Their raw letters underscore the debilitating impact of NMOSD and reflect the challenges that people with rare diseases face: misdiagnosis, feeling isolated, and lack of care access. However, in the film, they learn that they are connected by their resilience, determination and need for community.
