About This Project

Summary

Every year, the ADA recognizes a member of the dental community who has gone above and beyond in humanitarian efforts, both locally and globally. The winner is honored before a live audience at SmileCon, dentistry's largest annual meeting. This video aims to inform, inspire, and ignite the audience by showcasing the winner's work and spirit through their own words and those of the community they serve.

Goals & Objectives

The goals are to inform the audience of the award recipient's work, expanded awareness of special needs dentistry, to inspire the crowd to continue improving the quality of life of this community, and to ignite individuals to action by supporting this mission, or through their own work.

Results & Impact

Since sharing the video, and amplifying their message through our ADA social channels, Access Dental Care has received increased financial support, grants, and a boost in partnership interest. Their volunteer numbers continues to grow which helps them meet the demands for special needs care.
