Summary

In American Student Assistance’s relentless pursuit of equitable career readiness opportunities for kids, Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) are critical enablers of the national nonprofit’s mission and strategy. ASA and Chief People Officer Angie Castera set out to align all human resource-related programs and policies within ASA's strategic framework. To that end, attracting, developing, and retaining best-in-class talent is vitally important.
