Summary

About the Journey is a podcast & video series by Marriott Bonvoy that shares stories from around the world to help people travel better. In Season 3, our host & travel journalist Oneika Raymond visits under-the-radar neighborhoods in six iconic cities across the world to meet with locals who know their neighborhoods best. We hear what makes these places one-of-a-kind: from the sights, sounds and flavors, to the hidden gems, and so much more.

Goals & Objectives

About the Journey from Marriott Bonvoy is made to tell stories about the power of conscious travel. We believe travel create connections, open minds and expand boundaries. We share these stories to inspire our listeners to be mindful visitors by offering accessible stories from diverse voices.

Results & Impact

ATJ has six-figure listenership across major podcast platforms. It's distributed to 12MM+ subscribers on Marriott Bonvoy's monthly newsletter. This season, we began publishing on YouTube. Our award-winning work has been recognized by: the Society of American Travel Writers & Black Podcasting Awards.
