Chicago Scholars is launching REACH Pathways. In a world where our zip codes determine our outcomes, REACH is the college and career pathway that connects under-resourced students to companies and colleges. Leveraging REACH-E, an AI copilot, to build resumes and personalized student quests, REACH applies video game concepts to support students in finding jobs and completing tasks, ultimately empowering them to achieve their career and educational goals.

REACH empowers students to achieve lasting economic mobility through: 1. Pathways: Personalized guidance, skills building, and navigating 'unwritten rules.' 2. Community and Belonging: Support and seeing those who overcame obstacles. 3. Finances: Resources from scholarships to salary negotiation.

With 30 years of proven success, Chicago Scholars has helped 6,000+ students earn $6.8 billion more. REACH aims to scale this impact, with potential annual benefits for 1.6 million high-performing under-resourced students and their support networks, according to LotisBlue Consulting.
