About This Project

Summary

CSH is committed to building the capacity of emerging affordable/supportive housing (AH/SH) developers by: 1) increasing their access to capital; 2) providing guidance and expertise; and 3) fostering systems change by addressing barriers to growth.

Goals & Objectives

1) Equip emerging developers with tools, resources, training, and technical assistance; and 2) Advance policies that reduce barriers to critical financing resources developers need to fund, develop, maintain, and operate AH/SH.

Results & Impact

Facilitated the creation of more than 2,500 AH/SH units.
