About This Project

Summary

Healthy Me! No Cap.” is a 10-part video series tackling the stigma and prejudice surrounding various health issues. Together, these videos promote a more inclusive and understanding perspective, encouraging society to embrace and support diverse human experiences. Influencer and medical doctor "Aproko Doctor" meets protagonists in a local mini bus - a "Matatu" - turning a usually public, crowded space into a safe space for an intimate conversation.

Goals & Objectives

The goal of the format was to reach a young audience in sub-Saharan Africa, encouraging them to have conversations about health issues that aren't openly talked about. We combined inspiring stories with solid health information delivered by influencer and medical doctor "Aproko Doctor".

Results & Impact

"Healthy Me! No cap." reached several hundred thousand people in our target countries of Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya, and Tanzania. We sparked high engagement rates and discussions in the comment sections on our publication platforms, particularly reaching above-average levels of female users.
