About This Project
Summary
The DMUN Foundation is the world's largest youth-led international NGO, with 27,284 voting members from more than 172 countries who actively contribute to its work and governance. We offer over 12 annual programs at no charge to participants, including the world's largest virtual Model UN conference by participant count. We also provide direct funding, fiscal sponsorships, and capacity-building support to youth organizations that advance the rights and status of young people worldwide.
Goals & Objectives
We are an organization dedicated to the service and advocacy of children and youth. Through our capacity-building programs, intergovernmental advocacy, and direct funding of organizations, we empower young people to be active and recognized rightsholders across every dimension of society.
Results & Impact
We have served more than 122,721 young people through our free programs since our founding in 2021. Our advocacy has delivered 318 written comments and inputs and 152 speeches, resulting in over 47 textual changes to decisions and treaties that increased youth funding, participation, and rights.
