About This Project
Summary
Forever Family is a 501(c) non-profit organization committed to raising awareness and support for children, families and young adults in need. Founded by a former children's shelter volunteer, Gia Tutalo-Mote, Forever Family has been airing on major broadcast station for more than two decades. With an annual reach of more than 100 million viewer impressions, all of Forever Family's media time is donated.
Goals & Objectives
Forever Family produces television news stories to raise awareness of the needs of children in foster care and those aging out of the system without a family, and highlights community services that are available to struggling families to help keep children out of foster care.
Results & Impact
Forever Family has helped more than 3,000 children in their search for loving adoptive families; recruited thousands of foster parents and volunteers, and raised over $2,000,000 in cash, goods and services to support children, young adults and families in need.
