About This Project
Summary
CodePath is reprogramming higher education to create the most diverse generation of engineers, CTOs, founders by delivering industry-vetted courses and career support. With a goal of serving 100k+ students by 2029, CodePath partnered with Friday to design a more efficient course application process. The resulting Application Portal combines HubSpot workflows and page builders with custom APIs to create an experience that has boosted application completion and reduced administrative burden.
Goals & Objectives
Allow students to apply for multiple courses at once without having to re-enter duplicative information. Automatically determine student eligibility for courses and only allow them to apply to those they are eligible for. Elevate visibility of application steps and tasks requiring attention.
Results & Impact
CodePath saw a 124% increase in completed applications the first semester the Application Portal was launched. Automation has saved the admission’s team countless hours of manually determining course eligibility and they can now update Webflow eligibility workflows without developers.
