Summary

With child cancer survivor Elana’s inspiring leadership, the Koenig Childhood Cancer Foundation (KCCF) provides life-saving financial and emotional support to children battling cancer and their families. Facing a heartbreaking cancer diagnosis, families struggle with the overwhelming costs of travel, lodging, living expenses, and treatment. KCCF plays a crucial role in alleviating these burdens, ensuring that no child fights alone.

Goals & Objectives

Elana’s strategy includes hospital visits, celebratory events, care packages, and more. This approach and her plan to establish the KCCF House, which will provide accommodations for pediatric cancer patients and their families, emphasize her dedication to battling cancer on all fronts.

Results & Impact

Since Elana started KCCF in 2020 with $900 in her piggy bank more than $2 million has been raised, 3,600 children battling cancer supported financially, dozens of lives saved, over 65,000 care packages delivered, 1,500 "Last Day of Chemo" celebrations held,and partnerships with 30 hospitals speciali
