About This Project

Summary

This training video focuses on awareness of sexual and other harassing conduct. It addresses the importance of respectful conduct toward coworkers and benefits that preventing and addressing harassment and discrimination can provide. The video presents ways that individuals are subject to or engage in questionable conduct and the harm this causes to a workplace culture. It also presents ways that everyone can raise concerns or otherwise address this conduct in a responsible manner.
