About This Project
Summary
The summary of this project was for JOHN DOE MCcall to get off the streets and out of his car for once! This man suffers from a host of mental health and physical disabilities, due to the lack of care for his overall health he ended up getting diabetes and having to get his leg amputated. Once our Nonprofit got wind of all the horrible things that MCcall was facing we quickly stepped in and assisted him with getting into a shelter, SECTION 8 so he could get his apartment and medical care.
Goals & Objectives
The Goals & Objectives that were set out for the plan were for the JOHN DOE to work on his physical appearance and hygiene first. The second Goal & Objective was for him to get into some type of safe house, haven, or shelter that did not consist of him sleeping in any OTB gambling parking lots. One
Results & Impact
The results from this entire process went above & beyond in JOHNE DOE MCcalls favor we must say, because he was able to get into a nice renovated Homeless shelter in a safe area within a few days of our assistance. The impact on MCcalls life has changed him to be a better man & advocate for himself
