Black and Latinx entrepreneurs have big ideas but many face systemic barriers. They are less likely to have cash reserves and access to credit and capital, which limits their ability to grow.?Gran Coramino Tequila, co-founded by Kevin Hart and Juan Domingo Beckmann, donates $1 from every bottle sold to support underrepresented entrepreneurs in the US and Mexico. Since its founding in 2022, the brand has awarded $1M+ in grants to 100+ Black and Latinx entrepreneurs through The Coramino Fund.

Goals & Objectives

Goal: Create a program with expert partners in the US and Mexico to support small business owners. Objectives: Support over 100 small businesses within three years; elevate grantees through Kevin Hart’s platform; provide ongoing resources to small businesses in Tequila and expand Mexico programming

Results & Impact

In less than two years, Gran Coramino has disbursed $1M+ in grants to over 100 Black and Latinx entrepreneurs across the US and Mexico to fuel the growth of their small businesses. Applications have also just launched for an expanded program with one of Mexico’s top universities, Tec de Monterrey.
